South Koreas embattled president has survived an impeachment vote for now. Yoon Suk Yeol briefly declared martial law earlier this week, shocking the nation. Today an initial motion to oust Yoon could not meet quorum as all but one member of his party walked out of legislative chambers ahead of the first vote to impeach.
