Taliban Appoints First Accredited Ambassador to UAE
Afghanistans Taliban-led foreign ministry has appointed its first accredited ambassador to the United Arab Emirates with Mawlawi Badreddin Haqqani nominated for the role. China and the UAE are the only countries to accept envoys at this level.
